Sacred Journey Hooping is founder Hoop Spirit, partner Paul Thompson and head of PR Michelle Lite. The company is currently based out of New Mexico and really expresses the fun loving nature of the states diverse people. Sacred Journey is dedicated to spreading the joy that is hula hooping through weekly classes and hand made hoops!
Besides being fun, hula hooping has many benefits. Some of these benefits include weight loss and building core strength, meditative and spiritual growth, as well as increased confidence.
